Then, without moving, hold [Grind]. Next, tap [Push]
to grind slowly. If the coping or curb is long, you
will have enough points to complete the level.

These tricks are spin moves. You can do more than 360's as
long as you hold them:
360 Maddonna: Ollie, A+W+F
360 Backflip: Ollie, A+W+D
